It’s important to note that our definition of business days excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and any public holidays, ensuring that we focus our efforts on weekdays when our operations are fully functional. Once your order is shipped, you can anticipate that your products will arrive at your designated address within a range of 3 to 14 days, depending on the specific delivery service selected for your shipment. Additionally, please be aware that shipping costs will vary based on factors such as your delivery address and the total weight of your order. The exact shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at the checkout stage of your purchase. To keep you informed, after your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
In the event that the address and pin-code you have provided are deemed unserviceable by our delivery partners, we will reach out to you to request an alternative shipping address that falls within their serviceable areas. It is important to note that Little Crafts India cannot be held accountable for any complications that may arise from non-delivery or delays associated with these 'non-serviceable' addresses. While we make every effort to adhere to our established delivery timelines, we kindly ask for your understanding that Little Crafts India is not liable for any delays that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Customers of Little Crafts India have the option to initiate a return or exchange by sending a request to info@littlecraftsindia.com. Once your return request is acknowledged, it is essential that you ship the product back to us within 3-4 working days to ensure a timely processing of your return or exchange. To facilitate a smooth and efficient return or exchange process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

**Timely Communication**: It is crucial to contact Little Crafts India within 24 hours of receiving your product to kickstart the return process. This prompt action helps us assist you better and ensures compliance with our return policy.

- **Product Condition**: Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition. This includes keeping the original packaging intact, along with all labels, tags, and the receipt. Any alterations or damage to these items may affect your return eligibility.

**Unused Products**: The product must be completely unused. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of usage.

**Quality Inspection**: Returns will only be processed after the product has been received and inspected for quality by Little Crafts India.

**Product Cancellation**: We maintain the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for any reason. Potential reasons for order cancellation may include restrictions on the quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product descriptions or pricing, or any issues related to product quality.

​Upon successfully returning a product, you will receive store credit, which will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Please be aware that Little Crafts India does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. If you wish to exchange your item for a product in a different category, please note that any price difference will either be credited to your store account or must be paid upfront before the new product is dispatched. Additionally, please keep in mind that items purchased during sales or promotional events are not eligible for returns or exchanges, so plan your purchases accordingly.
PRODUCTS THAT ARE DAMAGED DEFECTIVE OR MISMATCHED
At Little Crafts India, we prioritize quality and ensure that all products undergo rigorous quality checks before they are dispatched to our customers. However, in the unlikely event that a customer receives an item that is damaged, defective, or does not correspond to their original order, we encourage them to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. This prompt communication is essential for us to address the issue effectively.

To facilitate the resolution process, Little Crafts India may request that customers provide an unboxing video which is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items/breakage or damage / incorrect product, has to be made. These images and videos will help us verify the reported issue and assess the validity of the complaint. If the claim is confirmed to be valid, the customer will be required to return the product within 7 days of notifying us.

Refunds for returned items will be issued in the form of store credits, which will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issuance. The processing of these refunds will occur within 5 days of our receipt of the returned item. It is important to note that Little Crafts India reserves the right to refuse returns for items that are reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect if the complaint is determined to be unfounded upon review.

​To assist customers in the return process, we offer guidance over the phone regarding how to pack the items according to our standards. However, customers are expected to exercise due diligence and ensure that the product is adequately protected during shipping. They will be held responsible for any additional damage that may occur during transit. If the damage is significant, Little Crafts India may deny the refund request. Additionally, customers will be responsible for covering the costs associated with return shipping.
